Yes, a fed grand jury did indict him but, according to AI, "Federal grand juries indict at a rate of 99.99%, meaning they rarely decline to bring charges," so take his indictment with a grain of salt.

HTH does that show he’s MS-13 or a trafficker? It doesn’t. If she didn’t want to live with him, him being in a foreign prison is the easiest thing in the world, yet she campaigned for him. Please, stop calling it trafficking. He was charged with smuggling, which is not the same thing as trafficking.
