Ours has been on on and off for a month. My dh used to fight it like his dad, some weird source of pride vs the $50 a year they would save on the bill. Now it’s so much more bearable than when dh was fighting it—even he agreed. |
Umm, 74 is perfectly reasonable, maybe slightly on the high end but perfectly normal. Ours changes from 71-74 depending on how cold/hot I am at the moment. Nightime is always 68 year round (whether heat or a/c). |
I wish! I think something needs fixed and so we are without AC. Ugh |
Yeah. I did that until perimenopause. My thermostat is set at 75F, which I think is reasonable. Sorry, not sorry. |
Yes. We turned it on yesterday. Or maybe the day before, I can't remember. |
There’s no on/off. The thermostat is set at a few different numbers at points in the day and the system keeps the temps in that range. I’m sure the AC kicked on sometime in March for the first time. |
I don't have AC, but if I did, yes. Unless my apartment feels like a meat locker, it's uncomfortable for me. |
Put on the dehumidifier and ceiling fan. Our house is brick and stays cool for a few hot days. Hoping to wait on AC |
Yes. For a month. |
Ceiling fans are still ok for us. We gave them in every room |
It has been on for months. We set it to 65 night and 68 day b |
its been on for a long, long time. |
68 you can't be serious?!?! |
Always. |
NP. We keep ours set to 68 in the summer and 64 in the winter. |
