DP. Sunrise is around 6 am in summer. It’s already brightening up around 5:45. I guess it depends on what kind of neighborhood you live in, but really, I think it’s fine. |
I don’t live in the hood. Never had an issue and I’ve done this for decades in 3 different areas. Still alive. I see the HS cross country teams most mornings. |
Yeah but I find direct sunlight to be worse than humidity. Plus I like seeing the fireflies for the few weeks they're out, and the street lamps turning on, and it's a nice way to decompress from the work day. Dawn is a little cooler but my legs are stiff and I have no motivation then. I actually enjoy evening runs. |
NP, I love the transition from hot dusk and ending a little cooler, with the frogs and fireflies. Then I go home and have a cold beer on the swing set while I cool off. |
