Less than half of Brits(43%) now view the U.S. as an ally.

It’s not really a surprise that public opinion of the US is falling in the UK. The UK is quickly changing.

And I would say public opinion of the UK is falling in the US.

The democratic countries around the world have no respect for Trump and our government for good reason. After the Popes funeral there was a room full of leaders standing around the edges of the room. There were quite a few people there. Leaders were introduced and people clapped. Zelensky came in and he got a big applause. Trump came after him and there was dead silence. Not even some random polite clapping. Trump was given zero respect while Zelensky, the man without the suit who JD Vance snickered at got a roomful of respect and love.

Link for that?

It’s not just the UK, it’s everybody. Canadians are super pi$$ed! Liberals won the elections today in Australia after they were previously down jn the polls as Australians punished the Trump- loving conservatives. People in Europe are aghast. It is not going to go back to normal, that ship has sailed.

Yes, your MAGA government is a disgrace internationally. We laugh at your president because he is delusional.

When they started jailing old ladies for social media posts that called police “liars” and “thugs” I knew the UK was finished.

In another ten years, they’ll have a shariah based government and will be executing people for Apostasy, just like Iran and several other theocracies currently do now.

With Trump in office, we aren’t. Trump’s aligned with Russia, Hungry, and Saudi Arabia.

The U.S. government under Trump is no one’s ally. Delusional bigots and greedy sociopaths have empowered an authoritarian regime of corrupt incompetent lunatics.

Why ? Europe and UK will pay for their militaries by ending national health care while we watch them fight their wars.

If they want to have a say in US politics, they should apply to become a US territory. It's closer than Hawaii. They could be a proper US state in no time.

Disagree. More Americans are sending their kids to UK schools - both at the high school and University levels, and more Americans are looking to England and the EU as places of refuge for living and investments.

If you think there is another world war, you don't think the US would be involved, at a minimum to help Russia?
