You’ve effed up your metabolism. Unless you’re 5’ and under 100 lbs that’s not even enough calories for your BMR-calories just needed to keep you alive. |

| Everyone is different. My friend and I have pretty much the exact same body (5'3, 125) but she eats three full meals plus plenty of sweet snacks and I have to eat one meal a day and do strict IF to avoid gaining. It's eye-opening when we stay at each other's houses. She can't believe how little I eat and I can't believe how much she eats. But we look the same! |

Some can get away with it and some cannot. Nobody can do that forever or if they overconsume them. Either they will get fat or type 2 diabetes. |
