Ground beef with taco seasoning is a staple at our house.
Pulled pork Grill chicken thighs with either teriyaki or pollo asado marinade. Chop them up when you pull them off the grill. Cook a lean beef roast overnight in a 250° oven then shred in the juices and add canned green chilis and salsa with a little flour to thicken and mix it all up to use in taco salad, burritos, nachos etc. All of these can be made in big batches and then frozen. Get a vacuum sealer and portion in the quantities your family will use. |
