Why can't you bring 5lb weights? I mean they are tiny and, honestly, I doubt 5lb weights are doing much for you anyway. It sounds like you have a great routine, which is more than half the battle; however, if you want to make gains in strength and/or muscle size, you need to increase weight every week or so, so, unless you just started weight training 2-3 weeks ago, your gains have probably stalled and you are wasting your time with 5lb weights. If you are doing it to lose weight and/or fat in those areas, weights won't do it. Your diet does.

Because no sane person is bringing 5 lb weights (or an empty laundry detergent bottle) on a plane. Assuming OP is flying otherwise she’d be able to bring the weights.

Body weight exercisers are your friend for the week. They’re probably more effect than 5 lbs every three days. Just do pushups and chair dips everyday.

I do arm exercises without weights when my back is bothering me. The movement is still helpful. I would stick with your program to keep up your amazing habits.

If all you are using are 5 lb weights, honestly you would not lose much with cans of beans. You could use half-gallon jugs of water as well.

Why would you not think that pushups (which work laterals, obliques, rhomboids, deltoids, biceps, triceps and pectoral muscles simultaneously) would work?

I am guessing that you can’t do a full push-up with proper form, but you can do them on your knees or on a chair seat or wall (or, if I am wrong and you are great at them), you can do about 20 variations to make push-ups harder.

And if you're doing them on your knees, do them with your feet on the floor throughout
