Hopefully the political desire for self-preservation will overcome the Republicans' fawning deference to Trump and motivate some of them to stand up to him. |
Maybe this was Don the Don's ultimate con! Get the Republican rubes to elect him so he could permanently destroy it from the inside out. |
Wisconsin. |
And clean air and safe food and drugs and... |
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, North Carolina and possibly Texas. |
Hopefully. But don't hold your breath. |
Wisconsin was blue for a long time and is now purple. They have one D and one R senator. Wisconsin has 6 R US representatives vs. 2 D, but only because of gerrymandering. They have a Democratic governor, who replaced a Republican one, who replaced a Democratic one. Wisconsin is purple. |
All purple, except for Texas. |
No Trumpers are in a cult they are not changing their votes ever
There will be no change nor will there be elections in 2028 VA you are up next you need to vote all Dem all races whether you like the person or not. If god forbid you go red it’s over you never vote again That is the plan I’m not wrong. Dictators do not allow voting or guns fools |
Things are going badly now. If they continue to go badly, it will probably be bad. If they start to go well, it will might go well. So maybe we'll just see how it goes? /Thread |
Trump turned Arizona purple. It was never in contention for Ds before Trump started f***ing up. |
Are you as confident in that statement as you were that Kamala was going to win the election? |
You could boil this message down to: "Trump is coming for your guns." |
The GOP knows this and that’s why they are rushing everything so quickly. |
But this assumes that they can fix it before the midterms. This destruction is wholesale. It’s not fixable. Even if Trump decides this afternoon to pull back all his tariffs and declare victory, it’s broken. He’s pissed away almost a century of greatness. The GOP might be living in a state of hubris that all Trump has to do is snap his fingers and it’ll be alright but we have broken trust. |
