And his actions are found unlawful because ... they're unlawful. Any lawyer can look and see, but they don't bother. They prefer to feel persecuted rather than lawful.

It would be pathetic if they weren't doing real damage to our country. And they think they are patriotic, in the right, on the side of the angels.

By some district court judges. Many have been reversed on appeal. That's the point.

Which ones have been reversed?

“I love the uneducated”. People don’t have a clue how the government works and the MAGA social media machine and Trump know it.

For some of our citizens, unfortunately, they can't be bothered. They want cooked-up, over-juiced "reality tv" and serving that up is the one thing Trump can do. oh, also, grifting. He is good at conning people. I guess they are really the same.

Americans are getting the government they deserve. But I don’t think it’s quite the judicial dreamscape the FedSoc dweebs envisioned when they started down this horrible road.

This is exactly how I have been taking this experience and I can’t even get mad. A good chunk of Americans are apathetic, individualistic, and worship money and celebrity.

And apparently didn't get very far in American history. MvM was in 1803.

Authoritarians always end up attacking the judiciary because they're doing illegal stuff and if they control the justice department, then the judiciary are the only ones who can hold them accountable.

So you're against the First Amendment? As for the Justice Department, it is an Executive Branch agency under the purview of the President of the United States. The judiciary doesn't hold anyone accountable. It interprets the law, and when it gets that interpretation wrong, higher courts reverse. However, there are clear delineations of power within the Constitution itself, which each of the co-equal branches of government must respect.

Do your own Google searches. Each of these cases is testing whether Congress usurped Presidential authority when passing certain laws, or where the judiciary is usurping that authority.

Just because a district court judge has ruled one way, doesn't mean that is the final word on the law.

The ones related to Humphrey's Executive are the ones that come to mind. Since that case is currently the law of the land, Trump's firings are unlawful.

Next?

The ruling Friday from the panel of the Richmond, Virginia-based 4th Circuit Court of Appeals is not a final decision on the legality of Trump’s anti-DEI policy. It merely allows the government to administer the policy while litigation continues.

You are awful at deflection. Throw a BS lie out there and then get mad because you cannot back it up. Typical

I listen to his podcast as opposition research for what is coming, but have to say this is shameless. Are people falling for it?? Also is there anyway to listen to them without having them get viewership bump, I’ve been using DuckViewer but is there maybe AI or something?

“A Black Robe Coup: Charlie Breaks Down the Injunction Crisis & Reveals The Left's Nefarious Plan”

Won’t he be surprised to learn how many of the folks his ilk vote into office attend said Ivy, elite, and other institutions of higher learning.
