If you refuse to do so, how is it a violation of your First Amendment rights to deny you a permanent pass?

It's a body of water. That's international. The US can call it whatever it wants but it doesn't have to be catered to internationally. It's also been referred to as the gulf of Mexico since 1600s.

Also, the quibble isn’t that they aren’t using it when talking to him. It’s that they aren’t using it in their own publications regardless of whether those refer to the President.

And you know, that DC motorcyclist who flipped the bird at the President’s motorcade a few years ago won her 1st A suit. Because the 1st A protects even disrespectful speech. And speech you don’t like. And speech the President doesn’t like.

We have a major first amendment crisis taking place right now.

Between the challenge to the media, our law firms/legal institutions and the government removal of people because of their speech, our constitution is being eroded dramatically. And no one is saying a darned thing.
