Jokes on them. The Associated Press (AP) can and does use transcripts from other press outlets and vice versa. AP is often cited by other press outlets. I bet they slipped a few questions to their trusted reporter friends from other press in attendance.

Does the judge provide any practical solutions to the issue of space? They can't allow *every* journalist access to those areas. Further, the role of journalist isn't well defined. Everyone with a cellphone is a journalist.
