It's not up to you or me to draw the line as to what is misbehavior.  There is a legal name for the body of water in question.  If you are going to have the right to ask questions of the President, you are required to use the legal name of that body of water.  If you refuse to do so, how is it a violation of your First Amendment rights to deny you a permanent pass?[/quote]

Remind me where in the 1st Amendment it says you have to use legal names for things when you talk to the President specifically?

Also, the quibble isn’t that they aren’t using it when talking to him. It’s that they aren’t using it in their own publications regardless of whether those refer to the President.
