| That’s so sad. Hopefully they’ll find new jobs soon. |
| I’m sure some people will, but only people who were already leaving or on the block. And I think those people should be very cautious. |
Isn’t that illegal? You are the exact type of person he wants gone. |
Lol these are trolls. It wil be different across agencies but I’ve heard very little interest expressed at mine. Most people think it is a joke. |
Don’t feed the troll. This is a maga talking point. |
| DHS apparently can't take the offer. |
+1 |
This is me. I was planning on resigning in March anyway. Will they pay me the full 8 months? Doubtful. But then I’m no worse off. If they do then it’s a bonus. |
| Now we may find one thing that I agree with Elon on. If you are dumb enough to take an ambiguous offer with no fixed terms and conditions that people have repeatedly told you is not legal, then maybe we should shed those people from the government because they are not the best and brightest and have really poor judgment. |
| I’m taking it. As a GS-69, I earn $420,000 a year working 15 mins a day at my job mailing pride flags to Nova Scotia so they’ll send more illegal transes to invade the border. I’m ready for a change. |

I don’t know a single person who would do this. Those that are employable on the outside can leave at any time. There’s no upside to this unless you’re planning to retire. It’s all risk no reward.
If they offered a 9 month severance package, that would be different. I’d take that, and start my new job next week. |
Did you even read the email? They only pay you until you actually resign. |
Is your title “Gender Ideologies”? |
No, I’m actually on detail as Assistant Deputy Assistant Director for Gender Ideologies in our DEIA office, which has 1 billion employees! |
