Workout for getting tone

If there was a pill to get tone/stronger I am sure everyone would take it like they do weight loss drugs.

But even taking anabolic steroids requires you to exercise and lift weights to get stronger.

Wanting to be more toned or stronger does not mean you do not like your body per se - just that you know you could look better and be healthier. Nothing wrong with that.


I think the problem is that even women who are fit and in shape want to change SOMETHING about their body. Very few are "very happy". Maybe just sort of happy.

Apple fitness plus has good workouts you can do at home with minimal equipment.

Join Lifetime, put the kid in the day care and do the classes.
