Same here. But reasonable hours fluctuate quite a lot. Very recently, I was working 65-70 hours a week on multiple high stress projects. |

Around $250k, about 40 hours, 98% flexible, so I pick up my children from school every day, have dinner with my family every day, walk for 2 hours every day (except when it's super cold). Self-employed attorney

My DH - about 320k - in-house counsel. 100% remote - probably works 25-30hrs/wk. tons of flexibility. He’s the main caretaker bec my job lacks the flexibility he has. He does all dr appts, sport drop-offs, etc.
