I'd also want to learn if it's illegal to shoot at the likeness of individuals, be they presidents or ceo's or private citizens.

He wasn’t arrested for shooting at the likeness of an individual.

Yes he was shooting at a like of Biden, the president of the US. You can only be arrested for threatening a republican president.

The scant reporting and the judge's decision to release him also gives me pause.

I hope that judge loses their job. That is ridiculous and completely unacceptable to release someone like that on bond.

That's possible, but it is equally possible the judge saw evidence (or saw a lack of evidence) that isnt covered in that article. Most things have reasonable explanations that aren't as click baity as we are conditioned to believe.

Now we know who was selling the IEDs used in these recent terror attacks. Too bad they didn’t act before so many innocent people were killed.

Kathy Griffin was investigated for just *joking*about attacking a sitting president.

Obviously one of this guys neighbors, and probably a fellow MAGA (I am from his area) thought this dude was enough threat to public safety to turn him in.

Wasn't it a VA judge who allowed the American couple who kidnapped the Afghani girl from her relatives to keep the girl? Seems there are some questionable judges in VA.

The FBI will investigate that neighbor and he/she will be shown to be a “lib” or leftest. Bet some how the FBI will release the name and address of that neighbor. The FBI and federal judges are all maga.

Well this seems like a political prosecution. The FBI usually does not investigate These type of people. I mean the abortion bombings and doctors assassination were always a very low priority for the FBI.

Yep. I did a dive into the guys history. He's a local boy who went to and graduated from a local private school and was actually arrested in mid December. He's obviously getting lenient treatment. He's a danger to the local community and to his kids, but he's being released to his mamma's house.

I'm just shocked someone local to that area turned him in. I'm a white person who is local, but I'm always afraid I'll be stopped when I go back because I have Maryland plates. The folks out in that area are also the ones who stopped and threatened that black serviceman.

It's like time has started to run backwards and certain people are ok with acting like it's 1920 again.

Highly unlikely in that area. Rumors are that neighbor was in law enforcement and "boom boom bubba" thought he would be on his side. Neighbor probably realized the guy was bat crap crazy and might kill someone accidentally or on purpose.

It's not political prosecution if your neighbor turns you in for illegal weapons and for explosives out and available to young children.

I mean, the local judge just sent the MAGA whack job home to live with his momma and an ankle bracelet.
