I'll wait for the details to emerge. I'd want to wait to learn if he actually had real pipe bombs in his possession, assuming that is illegal (I have no idea, as we live in a world where owning military-grade automatic weapons is perfectly legal). I'd also want to learn if it's illegal to shoot at the likeness of individuals, be they presidents or ceo's or private citizens.
The scant reporting and the judge's decision to release him also gives me pause.
I hope that judge loses their job. That is ridiculous and completely unacceptable to release someone like that on bond.
Yep. I did a dive into the guys history. He's a local boy who went to and graduated from a local private school and was actually arrested in mid December. He's obviously getting lenient treatment. He's a danger to the local community and to his kids, but he's being released to his mamma's house. I'm just shocked someone local to that area turned him in. I'm a white person who is local, but I'm always afraid I'll be stopped when I go back because I have Maryland plates. The folks out in that area are also the ones who stopped and threatened that black serviceman. It's like time has started to run backwards and certain people are ok with acting like it's 1920 again.
