Tell her kindly that money is tight and something is gotta give. |
Camping tents over beds can keep body warmth in. Tortoise can sleep in her bed.

We keep it 70 on the thermostat during the day and 67 at night. House is cold becasue its old and lacks insulation and windows leak. We all wear cozy socks and slippers and sweaters. But same 70 during the summer feels hot. Thermostat is in the warmest part annoyingly. So its several degrees colder in reality.
She’s 22 tell her to get an apartment.
My dad kept it at 55. That was cold. Some nights I could see my breath. When my mom complains that 68 is too cold at my house, I say karma.

Mine is at 50. If I had a tortoise I would keep it higher though.
My house is 68 and I think it's cold. We use sweaters and throw blankets. Heat is expensive.
During the winter it is 68 day, 65 night.
I keep mine at 68-69. Otherwise it feels hot.
Overnight, my heat is at 64. I use a down comforter and it is very cozy. During the day, it is set to 68. I expect the family to dress warm in the winter. T shirts will not cut it.
Me too! Heat is expensive. Baby, it’s cold inside. |
