100%

This is an invitation to get tipsy and have sex. No clothes for sleeping required.

Wear a dress or skirt, don't bring anything to sleep in but I'd pack a pair of sweats/sweatshirts/tshirt/toothbrush if you're bringing an overnight bag

Have fun!

And meds! You can sleep in one of his t-shirts if you want to.

I'd wear something cute and cozy if you're staying in. Whatever that means to you.

I hope you have a great time. Exciting way to ring in 2025.

1. What would you wear for a cozy NYE night in?

2. What would you bring to sleep in?

It wasn’t NYE but my first dinner at my now DHs place sounds very similar. I was hopeful that sex was on the menu so I got a bit glammed up with a cute short dress and very sexy underwear. I didn’t bring anything to sleep in but I did bring comfy clothes for the morning. Later he said that the dress was a good clue about how the evening would end. Enjoy your time in front of the fireplace. We did.

Please go w this for the love of god. Some of these other answers are unhinged.

Skirt with a cute top, I’ve been surprising DH with opaque thigh highs, they look like tights but they aren’t, short black nighty in something really soft and slippery for bed, have fun!

I'd do a cute co-ord set
Jeans and top of your liking - fitted tee, bodysuit, sweater
I'd keep the PJ's cute -- two piece set of your liking
Comfy shoes to include a pair of socks

OMG don't wear a bodysuit if there's a "sleepover" involved. That's just way too hard for a man to get off, LOL

Yeah, agreed. This is what your BF's t-shirts are for.

I'm not sure why people are suggesting you bring a nightgown. Maybe they're 60+?

Unless this was a planned sleepover, you should absolutely not bring something to sleep in. You sleep naked, or you ask him for a soft t-shirt.

You can leave something cozy in your car for the next morning. Hand him your keys and say something along the lines of "hey, can you grab the bag out of my trunk, I have some extra clothes in there" in the morning. You absolutely don't want this to look like you have a plan.

Me too. When I wanted cuddle clothes, I stole his.

Jeans and cashmere sweater— definitely. Don’t bring PJs! Come on! Bring toothbrush and contact case discreetly in your purse.

As soon as you walk in the door ask him where you can put your PJs. 🎉
