OP here-thanks just asked for refund. Appreciate everyone’s help! |

This is why I go to real salons instead of "Jen's Studio at Sola Salons".
You're out of luck, find a hairstylist that can hack it in a real salon and pay them to fix your hair. |
|
If she's refusing a refund .. I'd simply move on. |
| I hope this is resolved and maybe just a coincidence but if OP comes back adding to the story I would be skeptical as there is a drama basically exactly like this playing out on tiktok right now and it seems a little copycatish to me. |
| Post a pic of the hair |
| Is she the owner of the salon? If not, can you ask the owner to have one of the other stylists to resolve the color issue? It sounds like she put the wrong toner on. If it’s already silvery or blue make sure you don’t use any purple shampoo products, they will make it more silver. |
OP here- the issue is now resolved and thankfully was drama-free on both sides. I'm not on Tiktok. Nothing more to the story than what I posted. Sorry if you were looking for more action ha. |
Isn't that the whole point of DCUM? |
Not sure if you know this OP but when it comes to getting your hair (or nails 💅🏻 for that matter!) done - it is usually impossible to receive a refund if you are unhappy/not satisfied w/the service. The most you can request is for a salon to fix the job - but they will not give you any of your money back. Unless you get a really terrible job and if they cannot or will not fix it properly you can file a claim in small-claims civil court. For you OP, you may just have to bite the bullet & go to another stylist for corrective coloring. And most importantly > write a bad review online so that no one else has to go through what you have. Good luck. |
“Copycatish?” Are you 12? |
| It was the toner and will fade after about three washes. No real fix other than that. |
