The most you can request is for a salon to fix the job - but they will not give you any of your money back. Unless you get a really terrible job and if they cannot or will not fix it properly you can file a claim in small-claims civil court. For you OP, you may just have to bite the bullet & go to another stylist for corrective coloring. And most importantly > write a bad review online so that no one else has to go through what you have.
