Black Doves on Netflix...

I really liked it. There are definitely parts that are really weird and not as good as other parts. There's one episode maybe 5th or 6th - from then on it's so funny I started to really get into it.

I liked the ending a lot. I like what Sam says to her at the very end and I liked that they wrapped and explained the entire "mystery" or plot basically in the Church scene - I liked that the entire theme basically is about love and what having faith in that love is about.

It's definitely got some character/plot weaknesses but there's worse. The good parts outweigh the weird ones for me. I highly recommend it - it's English and takes a bit to move forward

I also really like The Bodyguard, Diplomat, Lioness, Who Is Erin Carter?, Extraction, The Watcher and Fool Me Once. I know I might be the only girl lady not into Bridgeton, Outlander, The Crown and Fall of House of Usher

I binged it.

I loved it! Ben Whishaw is just amazing, and, like others, I really enjoyed the girl assassins.

I think it's worth a binge watch if you're looking for something fun (though of course, very violent).

OP here - I like it but am just finding the plot very difficult to follow. Especially all the characters. A lot of the women have men's names which just confused me (Williams, Lenny, Kent and Danny)

Keira and Taylor Swift share that same weird smile. They don’t do it all the time but when it pops, they look odd.

I wanted to like the show, but I am confused… She is the Prime Minister‘s wife? Or maybe I’m wrong… What made me angry was that she was allowed to just disappear from the house and take a cab. Isn’t the Prime Minister like our president? Would Jill Biden really be taking a cab out of the White House?

This was similar to John Wick but toned down a bit…

Her husband is the Minister of Defense. But yes, there are many aspects of the show that require suspension of disbelief.

Very unbelievable. Keira K is a terrible actress. Skip!

We binged it, but, it reminded me of How to Get Away With Murder, in that even the characters you liked and were cheering for, were actually really bad guys with no redeeming value.

I love Ben's voice. He was the voice of Paddington bear so that's all I hear. Haha

I'm only on ep 2, but I like it enough so far. Haven't seen Keira Knightly in a while!

I liked it well enough (and the Irish assisin is terrific), but Keira's hair and makeup person much hate her. I could not understand why her hair looked so greasy and stringy in most of the show. I think making it 2-3 inches shorter might have helped, but it mostly just looked unwashed or like it had some product made for much heavier/curlier hair. I was also really distracted by her teeth, which I never was before, and it made me wonder if she got new veneers and they are too big or if it's just that her face is losing weight and it makes the teeth look bigger.

I did find the ending a little confusing with what role Mrs. Reed was playing, or not.

Felt the exact same way. I thought it was fun even though it didn't make sense. : )
