| Will never use Shutterfly again!!! Nothing but problem Xmas cards and photo prints order was placed on 11/28. Prints came a few days later and cards suppose to arrive 12/5. Customer service is not existent and comes from India, Jamaica etc. The first woman said she would reorder as the label was printed but UPS doesn’t have a package…the supervisor said the order is coming on 12/12 and if I don’t get it then I should call again and reorder…insane. Lie after lie. The next day Monday o called again and asked to cancel my order as I am not wasting my hope and wait for something that is not arriving. They canceled my order and shorted me $25 for tax. I want to report them and I can’t seem to find anything. I will never use them again! Now I have to call the credit card and dispute the balance of my charge |
| They aren’t a good deal anyway. Even with the Costco discount (that was a huge step down when Costco got rid of their in house photo service.) I order from Sam’s Club. $15 per 25 cards on cardstock (even cheaper for photo paper.) So I spend $45 with free shipping for 75 cards and they came in a week. |
I ordered 11/30 to get some black friday discount (dummy! I think the discounts get better) but was delivered, no issues. I understand that I am lucky. I know one glitch and I'm at the end of the queue getting re-prints in January. |
| Chat is useless and there are no working phone numbers. I found the best way to get things is moving is complain to them on Instagram, FB or twitter. Suddenly things got moving FAST. |
| Oh and do the complaint publically,not in private message. I tried private and when I got no response, I did public. Response was quick and action was swift. |

Shutterfly always struggles to meet the deadlines for Christmas cards. Gotta order super early (before Thanksgiving) and hope your package doesn’t get lost.
This year I went with Nations Photo lab. They did a good job. Also Walgreens has same day turnaround. You can also make your own in Canva and get it printed at a Staples or FedEx on cardstock. |
Walgreens print quality is terrible. Maybe it's better in some stores, but the ones I've been to have given me laughably bad prints. I can't believe they charged money for them. |

| We received someone else's order last year (in addition to our correct order), and when we contacted the company to alert them of the mistake, they asked us to send the incorrect order back! No way. I quickly replied and told them to just reprint them and send them out themselves. Come on! |
| We've had good luck with Vista in the past. If they are still around I might go with them next year, but I'm super lazy and keep using my shutterfly login and it fills things for me. They totally have me in their claws |
| This just happened! We ordered Shutterfly cards about a month ago, they said it was shipped but DHL said they never received it so Shutterfly redid the order and it arrived yesterday and we were able to track that DHL order. Today, another order arrived and I assume it was the original order. I think they have a problem! |
| We received the wrong cards twice last year. We are skipping cards all together this year. |
Strange. They never use DHL usually. Mine are still missing. |
| Once Tiny Prints disappeared into Shutterfly I stopped using them because my account got screwed up. It felt like sloppy business. |
