Ugh!!! I used tiny prints a few years back- ordering Black Friday weekend and they never delivered my holiday cards.
I don’t know what possessed me to use them again this year, but the order of 11/29 is lost-/hasn’t moved location from NJ in over a week and the free replacement order looks like it won’t come until after Xmas, if it arrives at all. Fool me once, shame on me this time. |
What? CALL and demand they rush print/overnight ship the replacements for free. Keep escalating until an acceptable solution is offered. Some people are so afraid of confrontation or being a “Karen” that they won’t fight legitimate wrongs! |
| Same - I only received 1/2 of my order. I was never able to speak to a live person. The chat bot told me the cards had been re-ordered but another chat bot told me no re-order had been placed. I did get email confirmation that an order is suppose to arrive by the 16th. This is the first time I've had an issue with them. |
| Shutterfly has always had awesome customer service for me. I'd call them if I were you and request expedited shipping of replacements. |

Oh I have been doing that. lol The foreign call center people are awful. And each time I call there is a wait time of over 30 minutes. One customer rep told me it would be overnighted for free---and then the order status that was sent minutes later said will be delivered 12.20. WTF? |
+100 Similar. Anytime I order over Thanksgiving weekend--this happens (twice before over 20 years). I think they can't handle the rush/amount. |

They sent me another families cards one year. I had so much fun writing them and sending them out to friends with long heartfelt messages about the good times we have shared.
It was a funny Christmas. |

I truly hate that. Everyone is on the move by then. But, it is what it is this year. After escalation and countless rebuttal, they only willing to offer $10 reward . JFC. They said they can send request to expedite but can't guarantee it will happen. The first request the CS rep sent over was denied. So it is a replacement with expedited.
Truly a very serious downturn in CS and I have been using them over 25 years. |
We also got someone else's cards once. Our family enjoyed them.

I would cancel the entire order and go elsewhere. No way I would let them keep my money. |
