This is the paradox of the Second Amendment.
When white people exercise their right to bear arms, it's just plan American. But when the Black Panthers or SJP do it, somehow it's scary and bad. If it were up to me, we'd have far stricter gun laws, but we don't. That means the right needs to extend to everyone, even those whose political beliefs we find abhorrent. |
Stop trying to look like the g-damn victims. I should be posting daily about each and every innocent life lost in Gaza. |
Or domestic terrorists from Chevy Chase. |
| Why was no one charged with a felony when they defaced school property, causing thousands of dollars in damages? If they aren't citizens, they are criminals and should be deported. |

TL/DR
a (2 I think) members of a family enrolled at the school grafittied on campus pro-palestine propaganda. Their family home was raided by FBI and LEGAL guns found in other adult bedroom (not GMU student) and they found pro-palestine propaganda. result (so far) is a band for the GMU students from returning to campus for 4 years, essentially expelling them. |
Why are these students targeted and why did the police search their house? It is interesting that the only people who get arrested and prosecuted are people who protest against Israel’s holocaust. If you display a Nazi flag, a confederate, an Israeli flag, write you want to kill all Palestinians, kill the n-words, etc you do not get arrested. Now display a Palestinian flag, you get arrested and prosecuted under a law that has not been used in 50 years by a pro Israeli Jewish DA(like in Illinois). How is a small country like Israel able to have people arrested in the US in violation of the US constitution? Israel is the greatest threat to the US. Something sink here. |
+1 You don't get to pick who has access to guns when you make them so freely available. |
Time to deport them. |
|
Why? They have done nothing wrong. |
What should happen is that they get expelled for criminal activity then their legal status is revoked, after that they are not allowed to have guns Illegal migrants do not have the right to bear arms under the Second Amendment, a federal appeals court in New Orleans has ruled, rejecting arguments by a Mexican man who was convicted of illegally possessing a handgun and argued that the ban was unconstitutional. |

Time to revisit this Prior to 1967, dual citizenship was not permitted in the United States. Under current US law, however, American citizens are allowed to hold dual nationality with another country.
Disallow dual citizenship and if that is found remove their legal status. Before 1967 you could lose your born and naturalized citizenship for dual: Before 1967, the United States generally did not recognize dual citizenship, and American citizens could lose their citizenship if they took actions indicating allegiance to another country. These actions often included: Naturalizing in a Foreign Country: If a U.S. citizen voluntarily became a citizen of another country, they were often considered to have relinquished their U.S. citizenship. Serving in a Foreign Military: Enlisting in the armed forces of a foreign nation (especially one at odds with the U.S.) could result in the loss of U.S. citizenship. Swearing Allegiance to Another Country: Taking an oath of allegiance to another country could also lead to a loss of citizenship. Voting in a Foreign Election: In some cases, voting in a foreign political election was interpreted as an act of allegiance to another nation and could result in the loss of U.S. citizenship. |
Except nothing they did was criminal. That’s why the judge rejected even a red flag hold on their guns. |
Where does it say they are illegal immigrants? |
We can go even further back in history and do away with Israel as a state and then we wouldn't even be having this conversation. |
