If Dems can threaten (red) states with cutting off highway funding if those states won’t enforce federal laws with regards to guns or Title IX (and what roads have to do with federal gun laws or women’s sports is beyond me…) then it seems like it’s also fair to threaten blue states with various funding cut-offs for not enforcing immigration laws.
