Totally corn pudding.

Mexican street corn: fry corn in batches in an oiled pan until blackened, add mayonnaise, raw garlic, feta, oregano, cilantro. Serve warm with chipotle powder on the side

Yes! Deconstructed elote, but i would pan roast the corn not fry it. And no mayo just crema and cotija cheese. Chili powder and cumin. Serve with lime wedges and avocado slices

I’d offer a corn dish that’s been roasted in oven in sheet pan with olive oil, onions and jalapeños- no butter please, congeals as it cools and those with dairy issue can’t eat it:

Corn salad

Just corn, Kerrygold butter and finishing salt.

No one needs corn pudding on top of all the other rich dishes at the Thanksgiving table.

This. I have also added mini corn muffins with added corn some years, always a hit.

Best succes with corn was to cut a full cob in half or thirds or get the frozen halves. Boil. Put a soaked wooden skewer through it- roll in melted butter, salt, pepper, paprika/old bay. Stick something green on each end if you want. Foil tray in oven with extra butter on top- get some browning on it.

That skillet corn is melt some butter, add frozen corn with lttle bit of water, then teaspoon of cream cheese per 12 ounce corn. People preferred it less goopy. Dash of honey, salt, pepper. Looks nice with ground pepper. Can twice bake with some random light breadcrumbs and paprka plus parsley flakes on top.

Too much cream cheese and it looks like you cracked open the can of creamed corn.
