| The media has no clue how to report anymore, they are competing with couch journalists |
oh look, something we can agree on. Except not all media, there are still good sources out there who are not the bots on X. And no, they never said Harris would win in a landslide. |
| They are supposed to be the defenders of democracy but they treeted him like a normal politician. They should have met with experts on authoritarianism in 2015 to learn how to properly report on him. Massive, massive dereliction of duty in name of profits and ratings. Enjoy being state-run now. |
| As a Trump voter, it's refreshing to see MSNBC, The View, etc beating the same drum. There have been a couple sane voices saying "hey guys time out maybe there's something off here" but I expect they will be drowned out in the coming weeks and the 2016 "resistance" nonsense will be the way forward. Fingers crossed there is no course correction! |
+1. Hoping they triple-down on stupid. And I’m certain they will. |

Media:
I think we need a balance and get the best ideas from both sides but the media is too skewed. MSM - The right can't have a good idea. Left is perfect. - Rachel Maddow: HUGE HUGE liar. Deceiving so many people. Can't believe people don't know how to logically fact check her. I am embarrassed for her followers. - Biden is shaper than ever. Harris is hope and change. - Massive editing of source material for inflammatory leftist propaganda. Make the other side look as bad as possible. What happened to honesty and integrity? Media is not focusing on the $$$ influence in politics, because they benefit. Media as the 4th Branch of Government? Nope. Gone. - Covering a subject in detail and summarizing it well for an audience? Gone (except for some like PBS). - Talk shows don't start with the facts, but opinions and tells us what to think. Maybe that's needed for us to watch, but it doesn't inform us. - Everything is hyperbolic and dialed to eleven. I'll stop there. It's really bad right now. Media has almost no credibility left except with the brainwashed who can't think independently. |

The only thing anyone under 40 watches on tv is sports.
Candidates should have been appearing at sporting events every chance they get. The sports people probably could do a better job than any news channel. |
| NP. The media fell flat on its face because they forgot that the world has access to primary sources now. You can’t run headlines saying Trump wants to execute Liz Cheney and then when you go watch the video, he is clearly just calling her a chickenhawk (which she is). I voted for Harris but that entire episode was so discrediting to the MSM. It was a flat-out lie meant to help Harris, and people saw it because they went straight to the primary source. |
I don’t watch Fox, but I do read WSJ - a source that is widely respected. And they also don’t endorse candidates, btw. |
You sound charming and completely stable. As expected. DP |
DP. C-Span. That's all I listen to. No spin, just: "Here is Vice President Harris speaking in North Carolina," not "Here is successful Vice President Kamala Harris speaking to a group of Democratic supporters who understand the importance of abortions, joy and freedom in their lives in North Carolina." And "here is former President Trump speaking in Pennyslvania." not "Here is the convicted felon and rapist Trump speaking to a group of poorly educated white man in Pennsylvania." |
The fact that you only address left wing sources does not help your point at all, when you know fully well that there are issues at Fox that are just as problematic. |
You people… I can’t even. |
Didn't they just endorse Trump? They are also owned by Murdoch, which is the same issue as WAPO. Sorry, not trusting a paper who is owned by a billionaire whose interests don't align with most of the country |

Trump is clearly physically unhealthy. We can start another thread on his mental health.
Didn’t release his medical records? why? what is he hiding and why didn’t the media press? |
