If they support Trump, they probably voted in both.

I know multiple people in dc who voted Trump - none of them live in these neighborhoods but live in neighborhoods where they would never make their Trump support known.

From a local group, someone posted a breakdown that showed that many (449 to be exact) of these votes were coming from the jail and 149 from Reservation 13. Not sure how they are able to pull that detailed level of info though (anyone know where to find this)?

449 DC prisoners voted for Trump?

All the Trump voters/inner circle folks I know live in Chevy Chase.

They voted for Trump because he said he was going to clean up the city.

My guess is that people are sick of the crime. Whether or not a vote for Trump fixes that, who knows. But these numbers still show that even the "Trumpiest" neighborhoods are not really that Trumpy.

I live in Tenelytown and I am absolutely certain at least one of my neighbors would vandalize my home and/or automobiles if they knew I voted for Trump.

I believe it was shown that it was the jail skewing Hill East and oddly enough, apparently prison populations do skew Trump, not just in DC (google it)

Did you see the pictures of a kid pointing a gun at a lady who was carjacked in the Safeway parking lot? No one I know voted for Trump (or at least admitted it) but since the election I have heard people question whether a Trump presidency may have a silver lining of improving the crime situation.

Like he is going to do anything for DC? He is petty and does not give an F about people.

No idea. But, the jail holds about 2200 prisoners. Not sure how many are J6, but over 1000 of them have plead or been found guilty, and over 562 have been sentenced to periods of incarceration so far; no idea when they served their time. But it seems it's not impossible.
