This is what works for me! Hit the point at 40 I needed to do that. Now in 50s, hit menopause (full on) and gained 5lbs overnight. No amount of work helps (even the same low carb/high protein) as before. About to try HRT to see if a tiny bit of estrogen assists with the process (all of my doctors think It may help) |
