Tesla cyber trucks are so ugly

Remember that moron who wanted to demonstrate how the hood lid wouldn't hurt his finger, and he actually broke his finger on video?

They are designed for sociopaths who get off on the idea of killing pedestrians. They should be illegal.

I didn’t like them at first but they’re growing on me.

I wouldn’t buy one but I kind of like them, they’re pretty wacky and futuristic looking. I’m usually impressed with those who push the envelope and introduce something new and unconventional like this.

People said the Eiffel Tower was ugly and a blight on the landscape, but look how that turned out. There are many examples of people scoffing at new things they didn’t like but we take for granted now. Luckily we aren’t limited by the small-minded and unimaginative. I do think Elon is a major dbag though.

The lack of a crumple zone is ridiculous. This car is going to mangle any car it gets in an accident with. I really hope some lawyer manages to hold Tesla to account for ignoring 30 years of safety innovation

The painted ones look much less formidable. They look more related to other cars/suvs. So, better.

They look as if Picasso designed a DeLorean.

OP - good point - there is value in that even if it is not aesthetic or practical …

I am not a car person, so no idea whether this is accurate, but someone told me they are all manufactured in that gunmetal color, then it’s actually a wrap (rather than paint) to get any other color?

They look like a Transformer—- now that would be cool!

I actually think that they are a joke. That Elon Musk purposely released this ridiculous car to see what kind of power he has in convincing people to buy them. He is laughing all the way to the bank.

There was a red and black one in Bethesda the other day and I really don’t think it looked better. I mean it didn’t look formidable, just stupid.
