I do it because it's easy in the sense that I'm just not hungry before 4p in the afternoon. Even as a kid, I didn't really eat breakfast. I do OMAD. I throw in Bulletproof coffee just to keep me really full. There are days where I'll have a couple of slices of pizza and still lose weight. because as someone mentioned, it really is about caloric intake and when you're eating within a smaller window of time, you're not going to eat 2000 calories in one meal, at least, not most people. |
Didn’t help me lose weight, had low energy and eventually got depressed. I am back eating normal meals. |
This is me. Counting calories was time consuming and inaccurate (how much is a bowl of ramen from a restaurant?). Cutting out a snack before bed and a bunch of carbs in the morning was a much better approach for me. Like another PP, my goal is to not gain weight, so it has been a good fit for my lifestyle. If I ever wanted to *lose* weight, I would have to do more than just IF. |
