Imagine if Kamala Harris had 5 kids by 3 partners like Trump...

I feel this way about all childless politicians including Lindsey Graham, AOC, Corey Booker, Tim Scott, etc. How would you begin to make decisions that impact kids without having any experience with all that comes with raising them?

You listen to constituents?

I don't know...how can male politicians make decisions about women's reproductive health? How can politicians who have never served in the military make decisions about veterans' affairs? How can politicians--who all have excellent health insurance and access to the best doctors--know what it's like to be uninsured or underinsured or to receive less than optimum health care? And so on and so forth...

Imagine if Kamala was caught having an affair with a porn star! And then paying him hush money! She’d be toast. The double standards are staggering.

But I think that what Vance is trying to say is that Kamala doesn’t reflect the American population because she’s not family oriented and is a career politician living off the government’s paychecks. And think he’s saying that someone who doesn’t reflect our values as an American people.

And Trump sleeping with porn stars definitely reflects our values. GMAFB.

When members of the public have to try to dissect intention and meaning, then the politician has lost the game.

Words matter. Be clear. Otherwise the words are taken at face value. And in this case, it is a horrible look.

Vance has never had a job that Peter Theil did not get for him. He is Peter Theil’s favorite intern. There are no past employers that speak well of his accomplishments.

He is only a senator because Peter Theil gave him money and bought an endorsement for him from Trump.

He is literally a billionaire’s lap dog.

What pray tell has he ever down besides write a book of questionable truth and otherwise be a blowhard?

I don't know what your angle is but I agree male politicians should not be making legislation regulating women's bodies and healthcare. Veterans are people who need the same things as any other citizen (housing, healthcare, education). They may need more of it or need it because of their service to the country but they are human like the rest of us. Just because a politician has great healthcare now doesn't mean he/she was never un/underinsured previously.

It is what it is

Nope. President Obama wouldn't have been nominated if he had 5 kids by 3 women either.

Because he's part-Black. Also, Trump has a way of surviving career-ruining events that no one else has. Literally and figuratively.

You put too much faith in your argument about women.

As you can clearly see from the GOP women, having had birthed children doesn't keep them from. Being against the things you mentioned

No, it was just a stupid and cliche comment from him. People can be family-oriented towards their families of origin, step-children and extended families without having their own. This is just a new version of calling someone an old maid, an old biddy or a spinster. It's 2024. IWe don't need these retrograde definitions.

Yeah, women always refer to themselves as females. You are definitely not a troll spewing bullshit.

Very Q Anon adjacent there. My whacko deep state conspiracy relatives, who get all their news from the internet, say the same. How exactly do you think public services, that you use at least every day, are provided? Such ignorance.

you're right.. Trump's infidelity, divorces, 5 kids with 3 different women = American values.

Harris never divorced, to our knowledge, has never been unfaithful to her DH. Those are not today's American values.

That's some projection there. Vance was in the military and received paychecks paid for by taxpayers. Same for when he was in the Senate. Now, he wants to be VP and get paid even more from the taxpayers.

Harris was a DA and AG. Should we not have those?

Harris is a public servant, not a career politician.

Vance also floated the idea of getting more votes the more children you have.
