Other than Alexandria these places are all very expensive. Wealthy people have a lot of standards and not a lot of problems so they spend their negative energy on being catty. Low income places people are mean and abusive. Some middle income places are more balanced. If you are looking at more down to earth places these aren't those places.

Ashburn is the dregs of the DMV. Not wealthy enough to live in the attractive areas. So they have their petty drama and infighting to see who's queen of the (dung) hill. It's pathetic.

A lot of my high school friends live out there. They are very normal down to earth people who bought there because it was cheaper. They have mostly middle and high school kids.
