| It’s hideous? That’s. It what people want in Chevy Chase. That’s a house to buy when you can’t afford the nice part of Chevy Chase but want to be in Chevy Chase. |
| It's ugly. |
| We had a thread. They blew it, and now they have an optics problem and will probably end up lower than if they priced it right to start. |
|
The kitchen is WAY too busy for me.
The basement laundry may be a deal breaker for some people. I like it on the first floor, but could deal with upstairs level. I would not like it in the basement. Many people only want the upstairs. |
| Dated and price. |
| It’s outdated and fugly. I wouldn’t pay half to live there.. |
|
I like it! Layout is very easy to live in and changes are cosmetic.
Price drops another 200K and it would be a steal. |
| Grossly overpriced. |
Its ugly green paint makes it look like a remnant from the 1950's . Kitchen floor is beyond belief as well as kitchen and bathrooms need major updates. It will need to come down closer to $1 million to sell. It is simply ugly. Yuck! |
That roof will be $25-30k max. Shouldn’t be difficult for someone with that budget. |
| WOOF a dated, not walkable split level? The original price was de-lulu. I would expect that to sell at 1.3. |
True… |
| Because they painted the brick green. |
| maybe there is an abundance of comparable inventory right now |
| This just sold for 1.66 in a much, much better CCDC location with >3000 sqft. No interior photos are up, but there were some in an estate sale video on instagram and it seems dated but fine. |
