Sodium is definitely a problem with most take out, even from Cava and Sweetgreen. So even watching calories, you have to watch sodium and a lot of the proteins are super salty. |
Sodium isn’t really a problem if you dont have underlying medical problems like heart failure, high BP, kidney dysfunction. If you are heathy, sodium is fine, just drink more water and the excess gets flushed out. |

This. Most restaurant food is loaded with salt and oil. However it can be "healthy" (ish) otherwise if you stick to lean protein and veg. So not necessarily the best if you are trying to lose weight but having it occasionally won't wreck your diet. |
Chicken kabobs with veggie sides (chickpeas, spinach, potatoes). I'm sure the sides are cooked in oil but it's still a relatively healthy meal.

Hahahaha |
I rarely eat out and cook most meals with whole foods/ plants. I recently ate chipotle — salad bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, corn, tomatoes and a pinch of sourcream (no guac or meat). That is about 500 cals. But it had so much sodium in it that I felt terrible for the rest of the day and couldn’t eat anything else. Threw my whole body out of whack. Made me rethink whether healthy fast food is really possible beyond sweet green. |
Moby Dick: salmon kabob which comes with roasted onion and tomato, salad, rice, and pita bread (you could always skip the carbs). |
I love Sweet Green but there’s a ton of salt in salad dressing too. And the Harvest Bowl is about 700 calories. I don’t think it’s that different than a Chipotle bowl. |
