You might need surgery. Go see a doctor. This is no way to live. |
Who knew there was a YouTube proctologist? |
I can’t do that or have surgery. I was better this am and had to poop (normal poop) and I thought I’d pass out. I have to go abroad next week. |
Yes, in private practice. I learned the ice cube trick in a trauma informed class for pelvic therapists through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic institute. They make special ice cube trays for suppositories, which help for numerous pelvic issues, not just hemorrhoids. I know, it sounds weird, but it does work. |
If you have internal hemorrhoids no OTC cure is going to work. A family member has had numerous surgeries on hers, they manifested after giving birth for the second time. It was a very painful and difficult year or two for her.

I once was in so much pain I squeezed it. And out popped the clot. The relief was almost instant and just went down to 3/10 in pain. I have had a clot come out on its own too. I think this only works if it’s thrombosed. |
I am a little better today, lidocaine spray has helped the absolute most. I am barely eating because I am SO scared of a BM. |
OP I'm going threw this right now. The blood is dripping into the toilet its pretty scary not sure if its a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure as I've had one before. I'm scared to go to. I'm trying the stool softeners but it says days to start working and the suppositories which I Don't know seems to cut worse when I inserted it. I've also been drinking so much more water. none of this seems to be helping its day 3-4 of this! |
Go see a colorectal surgeon. If you’re in the are Dr. Vivek Patil in Bethesda is excellent. |
Does his license plate say A$$ Man? |
