I learned the ice cube trick in a trauma informed class for pelvic therapists through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic institute. They make special ice cube trays for suppositories, which help for numerous pelvic issues, not just hemorrhoids. I know, it sounds weird, but it does work.[/quote]
