My guess is that syphilis is spiking due to the prevalence of PrEP. People are taking more risks with more partners. I know multiple women on PrEP…it’s now pretty mainstream among the straights.

Wow, that’s wild. But I guess it really should not be viewed any differently than the HPV vax, which we administer to pre-teens before they become sexually active.
