She’s in pain, starving, probably overtired and didn’t sleep well last night, & frustrated with annoying neighbor. Stop judging her & let her eat her shrimp & cupcakes in peace, it’s not a big deal.

If you are mad because you had some plans today because it’s your day off, I’d say you may need to postpone & just have a lowkey day. Everybody has bad days, she’s having one today - help her out or just let her be rather than judging her.
