Loose skin following fat loss

There is always the same poster that uses derogatory words when she is unhappy with a response from another poster. This time she used the c-word. She is a very bitter and unhappy person.

How do you not begin to smell after a fashion rubbing home cooked beef fat on yourself? Doesn’t it go rancid?

OP I can’t imagine you have that much excess skin from ten pounds fat loss. I would say gentle exfoliation and a really good topical moisturizer. I wonder if one of those Mutha lotions meant for pregnant women would help with elasticity, or maybe a retinol, though I don’t know that that’s safe across the body.

And unless your diet is rich in good fats, add some. Salmon, avocado, nuts. You’re probably eating those already though.

I also found fasting tightened skin for me, at least 72 hours seemed to work best. It will continue to tighten for up to a year after weight stabilizes.

Besides collaged (and be sure to take C with it), I've heard that regular dry brushing can be helpful.

Congrats on the loss, good work!

DP but you can also buy whipped tallow moisturizer commercially. If concerned @ smell, apply it at night and shower in am. It soaks in fairly quickly.

Are you saying you slather your face and body with animal fat? Surely you're not serious.

Tallow is a popular moisturizer. Tons being sold on Amazon.
