| Trader Joe’s cornichons. I think they are better than Maille’s. I also tried three little pigs brand and did not think they were are good as TJ. I also love pickled shallots - just brine shallots in seasoned rice wine vinegar. |
| Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickles is the only acceptable answer here. You’ll find them in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. Superior taste and crunch. |
| Kuhne barrrel pickles. Expensive but the best |
Another bread and butter lover here. Mt Olive makes a brand called "crunchers" and they are thicker and crunchy. I could eat a whole jar. |
| Pickles bought from an American grocery store are generally disgusting unless they have been imported from Germany or France. Kühne, Hengstenberg, Martin Pouret and Lachaud, are superior. If you cannot find those, home grown and pickle them yourself. They will be far better tasting than anything from a dusty store shelf here. And canned properly, they will be crisp. Those posters who say refrigerated pickles are better have clearly never had properly canned vegetables. How unfortunate. |

Eastern European here, so LOVE my pickled foods! Favorites are pickled wild mushrooms, pickled tomatoes and pickled pumpkins.
For cucumbers, favorite is homemade quick version of pickling, which leaves them somewhere between fresh and pickled. From store, I've liked Grillo's whole pickles in the plastic canister - fresher and less sweet than most others. |
| I discovered the Oh Snap! brand of pickles at CVS recently. They are in the refrigerated section, and they are so good. I’m obsessed with the green beans. They have regular dill, cucumber, pickles. |
| Gordy's, hands down. |
You never had my Aunt Ilene's bread and butter pickles. Not too sweet, heavenly! |
| I used to love the super sours from Number One Sons. So sad they closed. |

I love to quick pickle thinly mandolins radishes and use them in salads. So good!
Pickled corn in salt brine is a favorite of mine as well. |
+1 so sad. I purchased pickles from them every weekend when they were at the farmers markets. Was very surprised they closed. |
| Krakus Polish dill pickles. |
