| We require two signatures on withdrawals from our bank account, but run so much through our PayPal (and collect hefty sums in cash during events) that there would be plenty of opportunity for someone dishonest to skim money. Definitely a couple thousand a year with virtually no chance of getting caught. |

Yup - that was a while ago now, but the HSA pays for an accounting firm to write checks and to monitor other payments. |
