this is a perfect summary. we were there a year and my child wanted a better team so we left. they have seen many of the players attend tryouts at other clubs so seems most kids who want to play good soccer want out. |
DD has been there 3 years and has had a very good experience. May be slightly more $ than other clubs but not much. We put a lot of value in the year round practices at a quality facility, short break in the summer months. Turf so no rainouts, etc. DD's team has always been very welcoming to new players but each team is different. Things will change a lot over the next 1-2 years with the growth of the club and GA. We aren't plugged in on the boys side but that program is growing as well. |
| If your DC is primarily interested in soccer just for fun, it’s a great place. The facility is beautiful and the amenities are convenient. As someone else said, the teams are mostly NCSL with a few in EDP (where they historically haven’t done very well). Most of the coaches are nice and seem to enjoy coaching albeit bot many have higher credentials (mostly USSF C/D/E). With many of the former FCV coaches moving over, that should change. Certainly, whatever deal they worked to get accepted into the GA with attract a better level of talent than the club is used to on the girls side. How that works out for them in the long run remains to be seen, of course. You do pay more for all of this, though. |

Don't ask questions like this in here. You just get troll and salty parents bashing the club. This is true for EVERY club in the DMV if posted in here. Go check it out for yourself, please. Look online at game/tournament stats if that matters to you and you can look at the NCSL past seasons in their website for what division/scores were like in the fall and last year.
Google will be far more helpful than people on here, sadly. This is a drama mill not an educational resource on clubs/coaches. |

For a mere $4,500 a year come play soccer for fun at a club with zero history. Good times ahead! |
|
Very good and now getting better. The club has the best fields in the state. They have top quality coaches and the training is excellent. I highly recommend personally checking them out. CC moving there was a top notch move.

Covers tourney fees and showcases troll! Get a life. |
| Its neither good nor bad; some would say its the quickest and most effective method of overhauling the status quo |
You trolls are the worst. I feel like every time this comes up you raise how much Revolution costs by $500. 🙄 no one is paying $4,500 for their kid to play travel soccer there yearly in club fees. Their fees are no worse than anyone else worth playing for. |
Agree just use Google and Yelp to hear from actual parents and players. Trolls on this board is over the top. |
Are you sure about that? |
First hand experience. You want to post your invoice that lists that you paid $4,500 this year for your kid to play travel? |
