Charcuterie- different: cheeses, meats, nuts, olives
Fruit salad
Smoked fish like salmon and kippers
Sliced cucumber rounds with cream cheese and salmon
Roasted vegetables

I would include an egg dish and breakfast breads for those that can eat it

Gluten free version of the things on your list (I’m assuming the person your serving is gluten free and has egg and dairy allergy??)

That doesn't explain why they can't eat rice?

Diverticulitis, maybe?

Bean, cheese, veggie burrito
Baked sweet potato
Cottage cheese
Miso soup with tofu
Other grains like kasha or barley
Apple with peanut butter
Smoothie with fruit and a vegan milk or yogurt
Hash browns with peppers and onions

Op here. It's for multiple people. A combo of food sensitivity and preferences

I'd serve a variety of options. Egg people do not need to eat the bagel and vice versa.

Potatoes
Like a hash with other veggies or lakes or fritters

Tofu scramble

Chia pudding

Everyone goes out for breakfast and can order what they think they can eat.

Black coffee and fruit salad for the guests, then whatever you want for yourself.

This is the real answer. The trick is finding a place that will accommodate all of this. Maybe a brunch buffet?

Smoothies

Fruit

Nuts

Hashbrown "toasts" with tomato, chili crisp, and everything bagel seasoning

Ok so if this isn't for one person you can serve these things. Just have variety. It would be absurd not to offer bagels to all because one person can't eat gluten. Just don't co-mingle on the same dish or platter if there are allergies.

I'd make a few different things, instead of 1 thing for everyone. So a quiche for those who can eat it, a cream cheese spread with various things to put it on (including veggies) and some bread type products. A plain bowl of fruit salad too.

I always put our a few options for guests. Yogurt, cereal with whatever dairy is possible (cow, almond, soy, coconut), fruit, bread (gf english muffins are a good gf option), and will make eggs. Presumably some combo of this variety will accommodate all your guests - if there’s an allergy I missed, please advise and I’ll try to come up with an idea. I don’t think you need to worry about one item to hit every preference.

I am curious what you plan for lunch and dinner for this crew of guests!
