Skillet Mac and cheese—I use America’s test kitchen recipe that uses a can of condensed milk but I’ve seen plenty of other recipes that Dias well.

Are you sure it's condensed milk? Condensed milk is dessert-thick with sugar.

Omg. I would have never thought of this. I understand you mean evaporated milk (not condensed). But still..

I think you may have unlocked the secret of making a “homemade” mac and cheese that is creamy like the boxed stuff, my kids will actually eat. Going to try this.

I just made these!!! They had an excellent flavor. I made the cookie part a little too big and will try to make them smaller and thinner next time.
