Erectile dysfunction question

Once you reach a certain age if a woman is just going through the motions ED can be an issue. Plenty of women, like plenty of men, are lousy in bed.

It's not you, it's him. Men don't have issues with erections unless they have ED. But they are in total denial.

Why are you getting aroused talking on the phone to "other women" who are not your GF?

OP hope you know this is in no way a reflection on you. I know that is way easier said than done.

Current BF (40s) sometimes has ED issues. Especially when stressed, dealing with work stuff or family issues. It always makes for an awkward moment when he can't keep it up. I have to remind myself it is part of the intimacy roller coaster.

The solution has been agreeing in the morning that we will have fun that night and that gives me the chance to get get psyched up. When my mind is in the right place my body really follows. If I’m “energetic” he never has a problem.

This truth would put some pharma companies out-of-business. This simple idea would save quite a few relationships.

Tell me you don't understand men without saying it outright.

Porn addiction, being overweight and having high blood pressure are also huge issues. He needs to see a dr.

Depends on the psychological issue. If he was abused in childhood and thus has lifelong anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, he will have ED issues with every woman.

Needless to say, the hotter the partner, ED is less of a problem.

He's having sex with someone else at the same time as he's dating you? You should have a problem with that, not with his ED.

I think this is true, though it is painful for many women to hear.

That is quite young to develop ED.
