DP. A lot of people? Doubt it. |
+1. This is what I was going to say. I was in Spain last year and every city I visited (Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia) was as OP describes. I'm sure other Spanish cities have the same feel. I particularly loved the early evening hours when it seemed like everyone (of all ages) was out strolling around. It felt so vibrant, yet mellow at the same time. It will be one of my enduring memories of Spain. And the food in Spain is delicious and very inexpensive. |

Appears to be in Minneapolis, but kind of a weird place to hang out. Hennepin County Medical Center is a Level I adult and pediatric trauma center and safety net hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the county seat of Hennepin County |
| I live in Minneapolis, have friends that work at HCMC and still knew that poster was referring to Ho Chi Minh City. |

Haven’t been to Dublin, but love Edinburgh. Big city, but feels more like a town. Also, agree with prior mention of New Orleans. Great food and drinks are everywhere. I know lots hate on Venice, but I enjoy all the sidewalk cafes and afternoon/early evening Apertivo. |
