My kid just got in. We've never visited or attended any information sessions about it. What's the basis of you saying they prefer lower stats kids? CDS just says applicant's interest is "considered."

To be fair, DC applied knowing nothing about the school other than seeing it on materials as a school with no essays but offering lots of scholarships. DC was unaware of all the yield and ranking stuff at the time. Deferred.
