Mine is like a $250 difference. Why are my deductions seemingly 50% of my taxable income?

I won't see mine until Saturday, though I am estimating a $200 bump. I will promptly route $150 of it to my Thrift and pocket the rest.

Also won’t see it until Saturday and am curious to see if it works out to more or less than my last two pay periods which were above the SS cap for the first time in my career.

It was like an additional $200. not bad but probably wiped out by increases in health insurance anyway

I estimated wrong. My check went up $178. Still plan to route $150 to Thrift, and I will go wild with the balance 💃🏻🔥!
